I am a Licensed clinical social worker, who takes a holistic approach to the treatment of mental health diagnoses. I use practices such as stretching, breath work, and meditation to move emotions through the body. I am trained in traditional therapy modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI to assist individual with developing an understanding of their thoughts, motivation to change, and ability to progress toward their goals. I specialize in the treatment of schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder and other psychotic disorders. I also have a history of working with people diagnosed with depression, anxiety, and adjustment disorders.
